I am a Yoga teacher from Folkestone in Kent who runs small, friendly classes, teaching Hatha yoga and relaxation to beginners and also those with more experience of yoga.

Why Practice yoga?

The practice of yoga brings about a healthy mind, body and emotional state.

Promoting well-being, yoga has many benefits physically and mentally, bringing relief from many medical conditions. It also allows us to give ourselves the time and space to free ourselves from the stresses and strains of modern living, and gives us the opportunity to concentrate on our own selves, and what’s happening to our bodies, emotionally, mentally and physically.

Giving us the time to start to undo some of the strain of everyday life, and to re-connect to ourselves, and bring balance.
